How the Matching Process Works

Our matching service is straightforward, with dedicated support throughout:

Step 1: Free Consultation
Reach out via WhatsApp or visit our North Point office to discuss your needs. This stage is completely free. We'll learn about your family background, preferences, and expectations to ensure our subsequent recommendations truly fit.

Step 2: Curated Shortlist
Based on your requirements, your consultant selects 3-5 of the most suitable candidates from our database. Each has been pre-screened, and we'll provide detailed profiles, work experience summaries, and references for your review.

Step 3: Interview Arrangement
Once you've identified candidates you'd like to meet, we'll arrange interviews — either in person or via video call. We also provide interview tips to help you ask the right questions and make an informed decision.

Step 4: Confirmation & Follow-Up
After you've selected your preferred candidate, we handle all the necessary paperwork, including contract signing, document preparation, and (if needed) visa applications. Even after your helper starts, we continue to follow up to ensure a smooth transition for both parties.
